ANARDE'S Impact Story

I had the privilege of producing a documentary film for ANARDE (Advocates for Natural Resources and Development), capturing the transformative impact of their five-year initiative across nine districts in the Karamoja region. The project focused on strengthening justice and governance within local communities, empowering them to confront critical challenges and drive sustainable change.

As Project Lead, I directed a team of four while also serving as scriptwriter, director, and editor. This role allowed me to craft a compelling narrative that not only showcased the project’s tangible achievements but also celebrated the resilience, agency, and voices of the communities involved. The resulting film served as both a powerful storytelling tool and a testament to ANARDE’s commitment to meaningful, grassroots development.
